Bringing a slice of Hawaii to Los Angeles, Brian's Shave Ice is a sunny shop with locations in West LA, Tarzana and Sherman Oaks. The goods consist of—what else?—shaved ice (and boba), and flavors that span the gamut from blue bubblegum to root beer. Fillings include the elusive Dole Whip, mochi balls, adzuki beans and ice cream.
