Maybe it's that warm California sun sinking in, but the vibe on day two at Coachella somehow seemed a bit mellower. Crowds kept their cool thanks to hosing down from stage hands and further down the road, at the FUSE Vevo House, Theophilus London, Pusha T and Yeasayer dropped by for some chill time around the pool. UK rising star Jake Bugg gave an intimate performance in the backyard and stuck around for a game or two of ping pong. Back at the polo grounds, Grizzly Bear, Janelle Monáe, Hot Chip and the Postal Service were among those holding the crowds rapt. But none more than R. Kelly, who made a special appearance with Phoenix for "Ignition (Remix)." Totally random, especially for those who believed the rumors that Daft Punk would be the surprise guest. The appearance had festival-goers surmising that Mr. Kelly is this year's Tupac hologram.
