One of the newest restaurants to take vacancy in Beverly Hill's Restaurant Row, Scratch | Bar seeks to whip up experimental and contemporary cuisines from scratch. Chef Lee aspires to take “a new approach to an old sport" by sectioning the menu into five a la carte sections consisting of: bites, starters, mains, several tasting menus, and dessert. The craftsmanship that is delivered into the food parallels with the interior design of the space, as all the furnishing were custom built and hand carved especially for Scratch | Bar. Cozy up with one of their creative cocktails such as "The Hero" paired with the pork belly and raw oyster bite at their Happy Hour from Tuesday to Friday between 5 and 7pm.
