Tasty and affordable come in Oaxacan form at this cozy local favorite. You know you've arrived when you spot the potted cacti, neon-orange façade and a few shaded sidewalk tables out front. There are all of six indoor tables, festooned with colorful tablecloths. The eatery's amiable owner Epy Garcia and his wife will greet you wreathed in smiles, duly proud of their must-try menu, including fork-tender beef barbacoa platters and densely spiced house mole slathered over chicken.
