Don't expect to see chocolate of every color when you walk into ChocoVivo. This bean-to-bar shop only makes dark chocolate, using whole cacoa nibs and spices and little else. Shoppers can purchase jars of chocolate butter to bring home, or sit down for a cup of Mayan hot cocoa.
