The long-awaited (and first ever!) 365 by Whole Foods Market is finally opening in Silver Lake next weekend, and we're all invited. The store, which will provide slightly more affordable options than a traditional Whole Foods (giving the nearby Trader Joe's a run for its money), is kicking things off with a giant Parking Lot Party on Sunday, May 22.

From noon to 3pm, stop by (2520 Glendale Blvd, 90039) for all sorts of food, fun and games. On offer you'll find:

-Some of the top food trucks in town, including Kogi BBQ, Yeastie Boys, Coolhaus, Border Grill and Allegro Coffee House

-Free samples from 365 suppliers (we <3 free samples)

-Carnival games like cornhole, skeeball, ring toss and horseshoe toss

-Live music from DJ Mona Lisa and Rocky Duwani

-Silhouette cutting, face painting and henna hand painting

-A puppy photo booth, dog bandana giveaway, Dog Supply Drive and fundraiser through Wags and Walks

-A chance for early sign-up for My 365 Rewards, with special gift included

The actual grocery store won't be open until Wednesday, May 25, but this is a great chance to get a sneak peek.
