Immersive supperclub masters The Art of Dining are back with a steamy dinner party celebrating Victorian engineering. Set in the marvellously appropriate London Museum of Water and Steam, the five-course meal will be accompanied by imaginative set design, themed entertainment and more surprises besides. Expect swirling fog, flickering gaslight and a menu – designed by Moro-trained chef Ellen Parr – which represents oil, minerals, steam, smoke and fire with ingredients such as squid ink, steamed bass and smoked lamb shoulder. Plus a flaming pudding. Tickets include a welcome cocktail.
