Join bread lovers for a day long celebration of baps, baguettes, rolls, bagels, pitta, pita, naans and more. The Real Bread Campaign who strive to promote loaves made without processing aids or artificial additives have teamed up with SOAS Food Studies Centre for a day of talks exploring therapeutic and social baking, the sourdough sensation, ancient and heritage grains and what it takes to start a successful bakery. Speakers rising to the challenge include Fergus Jackson from Brick House Bread, Max Tobias from Dusty Knuckle Bakery and keynote speaker Andrew Whitley, author and cofounder of the Real Bread Campaign.
