Co-curated by young people and part of the 'Stories of the World Festival', 'Our Londinium 2012' comprises a series of updated displays and audio-visual interventions in the museum's Roman Gallery that show how the Romans live on in London today – through the legacies left by those who first built a city where London stands and through the enduring influence of the Roman Empire. Exhibits range from multimedia displays to rarely seen artefacts, the most important being a bust of Hadrian found on the Thames foreshore.
