Time Out says

The Big Draw festival kicks off with a colourful and creative arty party at the Museum of Childhood with some very special guests. Illustrator Nick Sharratt will give a talk at 11.30am (ages 4-8) and much-loved author Jacqueline Wilson will speak at 12.15pm (ages 7+), with a reading of diary stories from the founder of The Great Diary Project, Dr Irving Finkel, at 2pm. Workshops and games will run throughout the day, and visitors will get the chance to design their own art prints, take part in a treasure hunt, make their own diary, learn about portraiture and draw in thread. All ages are welcome to drop in to this free event.
