As a man of many talents and a figure ofter regarded as one of the twentieth-century's most influential craftsmen, Eric Gill's practice encompassed woodcarving, typography and sculpture. This exhibition will focus on Gill's woodcut prints on Japanese paper which often depict secular and religious subjects. The show will also feature a number of books with his artwork, including the Golden Cockerel Press's edition of Chaucer's 'Troilus and Criseyde'.
