If you like your meals to scream 'North of the border' this five-course supperclub will have you donning tartan and borrowing bagpipes. Dram & Smoke's menu is Scottish from head to toe. Duck donuts with Irn Bru chilli jam kick things off and whisky bread and butter pudding with malted milk custard is the finale, but the star will undoubtedly be a carve-at-the-table roast rack of pork with Stornoway black pudding, chargrilled plums and buckets of crackling. Guests will be welcomed with a hot toddy and a bar will be serving whisky cocktails, Harviestoun craft beer and carefully chosen wines all evening.
