Come Stretch With Us – An Evening of Nibbling and Cheese-Making

Spend an evening being truly productive with this cheese-making course in Tottenham's only micro-dairy. The hands-on class will teach you how to make mozzarella, instructing you through everything from cutting the curds to stretching your cheese into balls (or doughnuts if you don't get the hang of it fast enough).
