Celebrate the king of the fruits at this five month pop-up inspired by the tropical spirit of Cuba and the prickly pineapple. Visitors to the south bank can enjoy fruit infused drinks and a seasonal menu taking influences from eastern Mediterranean street food. Expect a summery hub decked out with palm trees, day beds, giant pineapples and pink flamingos, plus masterclasses from The Cîroc School of Mixology which take place every Wednesday evening. Guests will learn how to create a fresh summer punch using Cîroc Vodka and be treated to two pineapple cocktails. Each session costs £20 per person and lasts 45 minutes. Workshop tickets should be booked in advance.
