Time Out says

A lot of thought has been put into this pretty as a picture yoga studio on Shacklewell lane - from the cosy underfloor heating to the parcels of lavender handed out after each session to sooth tired eyes. Founder Naomi Reynolds is a high skilled ballet dancer, and her teaching is results driven, positive and fun rather than overly spiritual - although she always makes time for a wind-down post session. She and her small team of instructors practise Vinyasa yoga- otherwise known as dynamic or flow yoga. So classes are quite fast paced. There are options for beginners, but all classes welcome all levels- except perhaps those designed for expectant mothers. Downstairs is a reflexology studio offering massages and relaxing treatments. Locals should take advantage of yoga lunches- a special deal with the neighbouring Mouse and de Lotz cafe which gets you a class and a sandwich for a measly £12. You can't book in advance, so arrive ten minutes early to secure a place at the popular weekend classes.
