After starting in 2013 as a string of street food stands, Lower Marsh Market in Waterloo has expanded into a more varied shopping destination that also sells crafts, plants and general bric-à-brac. Food is still the focus on weekdays, when there’s almost always a lunchtime rush, while Saturdays bring the most eclectic range of goods and produce.
