Discover the inspiration behind Louis Vuitton’s autumn/winter collection at this bold, beautiful and slightly baffling ‘experimental’ exhibition. The venerable fashion house will be taking over 13 rooms and three floors of Brutalist concrete space 180 Strand, and visitors can witness every stage of artistic director Nicolas Ghesquiere’s creative process – from first inspiration to catwalk show. Don’t go along expecting a couple of sketchbooks and some fancy leather goods: LV has come over all conceptual to produce a fully ‘immersive’ experience, with exhibits including a massive LED trunk, 3D-printed mannequins and an on-site atelier. We’re intrigued.
