The heaped counter of fresh and colourful dishes act as an attractive welcome at this Middle Eastern and Mediterranean restaurant in Kensington. Those venturing further will find themselves amongst Armenian knick-knacks, candlelit tables and plenty of terracotta.
The menu changes with the seasons but diners can expect own-made quiches, salads, vegetable medleys and larger mains such as mackerel fried with dried oats with charcoal grilled corn, or beetroot and potato hash with horseradish cream. They have their own allotment, too, where they grow Persian, Armenian and Italian herbs.
Expect organic wines and beers, too.
