A popular little Leyton restaurant serving informal Portuguese food. It's been an east London fixture for nearly a decade now, with the family behind it partial to a warble or two – there's karaoke most Friday nights.
Food remains the focus, though. The majority of the menu is Portuguese, with dishes including calamari, octopus with olive oil and paprika, fried pork fillets in a piri piri sauce and bacalhau - a Portuguese dish of dried salted cod fried and topped with clams and a king prawn in an onion and pepper sauce. Crowd-pleasing Italian pasta dishes also feature.
Keep an eye out for live music nights, as well as sports screenings.
