Time Out says

Good and Proper Tea have been serving tea (duh) from a handsome 1974 Citroën-H van at such food markets as Brockley and Kerb since 2012 but this dinky café is their first permanent spot. Given the offering of 25 loose leaf tea options, each with its own information card, you'd be an idiot to order not-tea, but there are some other hot drinks to tempt you away – matcha coconut latte in particular sounds like a dream. Make sure to ask about the exciting brewing machines, which are pre-programmed with the precise heat and timings for each of the tea choices. You might even like to sup on your cuppa with a homemade sourdough crumpet.
