A family-run, Roman-style pizzeria serving Sicilian deli items alongside rectangular ‘alla pala’ pizzas. It's fiercely authentic, so expect handmade pizza dough, Arborio rice for the arancini and an emphasis on provenance when it comes to the produce. Many of the recipes and techniques have been passed down by Nonna, too.
The pizzas range from marinaras and margheritas to calzones and capricciosas, with the opportunity to create your own, too. The rest of the menu is short, with lasagnes and caprese salads alongside arancina-style garlic bread and melanzane alla Parmigiana - oven-baked layers of aubergine with tomato sauce and mozzarella.
An all-Italian wine list complements Bira Moretti, cans of San Pellegrino, Santal juices and traditional Italian coffee.
