Featuring two original members of desert blues legends Tinariwen, Terakaft boast the same rolling grooves, mesmeric rhythms, and Tamashek-sung tales of exile, violence and loss. Amazingly, though, they arguably up the ante on their Saharan cousins when it comes to energy and intensity.
