Sax man Jack Wyllie, drummer Duncan Bellamy and bassist Milo Fitzpatrick – formerly Portico Quartet and now trading as Portico – combine their talents to frighteningly brilliant effect to make post-jazz, ambient, electronic, groove-based music that makes them a big live draw. Jazz, synthpop, electronic – whatever you want to call it, it’s brilliant stuff.
