Teddy Bears' Picnic

Children can take their favourite teddies on this day out in Abbey Woods on the outskirts of Greenwich. There'll be performances and workshops from Doriel School of Dance, traditional games, stalls and a barbecue. Playground megastars Peppa Pig and Olaf the snowman will be attendance along with lots of cuddly bears. Children's tickets include a picnic and entertainment in the hospice grounds, as well as a woodland nature walk through the gardens. Free parking is available. The event takes place on Bostall Heath opposite Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice, and is a fundraiser for the charity which provides free specialist end of life nursing, medical care and support for local people.
