The older sister of the Clink Hostel is a smaller-scale cosier establishment than the new kid, but it’s still design-led: funky sheepskin-backed swoosh-shaped seating and bleached out digitally-printed London scenes on the lobby walls, where a huge blackboard lists tips for cracking the big city. There’s a quirky comfy lounge filled with squashy Chesterfields and a cheerful kitchen/dining area. The rooms (all with sinks) are rather more ordinary, ranging from singles to 16-bed dorms.
