Time Out says

No, not Coco Chanel. This fly-on-the-wall doc is devoted to another fashion icon, Carine Roitfeld – ex editor of Vogue Paris and the woman who invented slinky sexy ‘porno chic’ with Tom Ford in the 1990s. Roitfeld is 58, looks like Iggy Pop’s sister, but damn this women has something. ‘The sexiest girl in fashion’ is how one insider describes her. For fashion junkies, ‘Mademoiselle C’ will be like five September issues of Vogue all rolled into one. Roitfeld is obviously mates with director Fabien Constant and gives him an all-access pass to the office of her new magazine CR Fashion Book, fashion shoots, A-list parties, even her 7am ballet lessons. If fashion isn’t your thing, avoid this like the Harrods sale. You’ll be left scratching your head wondering what a naked girl draped in a purple net curtain in a cemetery has got to do with frocks. Not many revelations here. Biggest: Roitfeld is the opposite of the devil in Prada stereotype. Be nice is her motto, and her kids adore her. Still it’s a bit wrong when Roitfeld’s son Vladimir jokes that his mum is a MILF.
