Companhia de Dança Deborah Colker

Brazilian choreographer Deborah Colker plays stadium shows in her home country. Here she'll settle for the more modest Barbican Theatre for this London premiere of her new piece 'Tatyana'. It's Colker's first story-driven piece, based on Pushkin's novel Eugene Onegin. But it's not a narrative as such, focusing on illuminating the four main characters, and the author himself. Colker's athletic, accessible dance style and love of props should be in evidence.
