If a summer of street food and boozing hasn't done wonders for your waistline, you might want to take a glance at this tube map. Designed by artist Daniel Battams, it pinpoints stations with stairs and escalators that people could use to keep fit during their daily commute. Borough and Lambeth North are marked out as spots with quad-building steps, while Angel and Waterloo have escalators you can dash up. The map was originally used in a pitch to Transport for London.
