Someone's renting out a 'studio flat' in Hendon with a toilet in the kitchen cupboard

You know what's wrong with most studio flats in London? Too much space, that's what (said no one, ever). If your main criteria when looking for somewhere to live is minimal square footage, then boy are you in for a treat. An advert on SpareRoom, which has since been taken down, was advertising a 'newly refurbished single studio' in Hendon Central for £126pw. So what's the problem? Er, where do we start? It's what estate agents would call 'cosy', but what most people would call 'hell on earth'. In one very small room, you've got a bed, a fridge, a washing machine and a sink. And the toilet? Oh, that's conveniently located in a kitchen cupboard, obviously.

And if that wasn't bad enough, apparently it's not even a studio flat - it's actually a room in a shared house. The advert says that while you'll get your own toilet (yes, the one in the cupboard), you'll have to share a shower with someone else. But if the toilet is in the kitchen cupboard, we dread to think where they might have put the shower.
