A London street artist has waged a war of annoyance with Tower Hamlets council. Mobstr sprayed the word 'red' on a red wall, then every time it got painted over, he just did it again. Here you can see the full sequence of his troll-tastic interaction with a no doubt very frustrated council graffitibuster. The whole thing has taken place over the course of the past year on Dace Road in Fish Island, Hackney Wick. Many people will rightly point out that this has probably cost London taxpayers thousands of pounds. But if that’s true, we think it’s worth every penny.
