Mauve this way: 19 sweet shots of Mayfield Lavender Farm

Seeing as we're all about the outskirts of the city this week, we thought we'd pay particular attention to Mayfield Lavender Farm on the North Surrey Downs. Tucked behind a stretch of Croydon Lane (and easily accessible thanks to the 166 bus) are 25 acres of bright purple blossoms that are so stunning, Londoners have been getting snap-happy about the place. The farm is open to the public until September 2, but if you can't make it down, here are some of our favourite shots from the folk who've already frolicked amongst the flowers.
