As smooth as their silks, as tempting as their scents and now, as flowery as their shirts – two exclusive new flavours of Häagen-Dazs ice cream have arrived at Liberty London to celebrate spring. And given that Liberty has never had an ice cream shop before, we suspect this is going to be something special.

From April 11, Liberty London will be selling tubs of two exclusive new ‘Little Gardens’ Häagen-Dazs flavours – Lychee Raspberry Rose, made with Turkish rose extract with real lychees and raspberries, and Apricot Lavender, rich with a thick apricot sauce and Moroccan apricot pieces. Both are prepared with the subtle attention to taste and texture you’d expect from a tub of your own personal Häagen-Dazs favourite (we’ve all got one).

Of course, Liberty London will be going about it in its own elegant way, rather than shouting like street vendors. The store will be hosting window displays commissioned by Häagen-Dazs, inspired by the theme of ‘Little Gardens’ and created by artist Rebecca Louise Law.

Law’s works have previously graced Times Square in New York, the V&A and the Royal Academy, and here she reflects the spring themes of the fruit-floral collection. Go along and check out her art installation as you tuck into one of these aromatic creations.

But don’t dawdle. The Häagen-Dazs Little Gardens range is available exclusively at Liberty London, but only while stocks last.

Blooming brilliant.
