Want to get your sweat on? No, we're not talking about exercising – we're all too weighed down with mince pies for that. There's now an outside sauna at the King's Cross Pond Club – the art installation-slash-swimming pool that opened back in May. The wooden sauna opens today and will be available to use for the next four months. It sits eight people and temperatures will reach a toasty 90 degrees, which should be pretty welcome if you've just taken a dip in the unheated pond. It's free to enter for anyone who's paid to use the pond, but we're sure no one will notice if you give the chilly swim a miss and head straight to the sauna.
The sauna is at the King’s Cross Pond Club, 20 Canal Reach, N1C 4BE. Open 8am-dusk on weekdays and 10am-dusk Sat-Sun.
