Stick the kettle on, because your afternoon tea break is about to get way more exciting thanks to a KitKat pop-up where you can make your own customised chocolate bar. From October 5, the KitKat Chocolatory will be setting up shop for five weeks at Westfield Stratford City.
Sadly, you won't actually be able to get your hands dirty in the kitchen – instead, you'll design your chocolatey masterpiece on an iPad and it'll be hand-crafted by expert chocolatiers, which is probably for the best if you want it to actually taste good. You'll choose from a milk, white or dark chocolate KitKat base and then pick up to three toppings. Once you've finalised your design, it'll be ready to take home within an hour.
And if you need something to entertain you while you wait, they'll also have special edition KitKats on offer, including sticky toffee popcorn with almonds and salted caramel brittle, salted caramel crème brûlée with Madagascan vanilla seeds, and black forest gâteau. Sounds like a pretty sweet deal to us.
