Sometimes London's buses are the absolute worst – just ask anyone who's ever stepped foot on a Routemaster during a 30-degree heatwave. But the humble bus has got some things going for it – it's cheaper than the tube, you're slightly less likely to have your personal space invaded and best of all, it comes with the added bonus of natural light.
