This Greenwich pub takes its name from the rooms where boat sails are laid out at full length to be shaped and cut. Expect, then, a suitably sizeable venue but the square footage here is set over two floors, with nautical decor throughout. The riverside location ensures some great views.
It's a Fuller's pub so expect a drinks list with their own beers such as London Pride and Frontier on tap, served alongside crowd-pleasing continental lagers. As for the food, it looks very much like pub grub done well – think cod and chips with batter made with Frontier ale, a house fish pie, steak and chips and a burger made with beef from Chalcroft Farm.
