Peter Kennard: Unofficial War Artist

A look at the work of one of Britain's most important political artists, this exhibition is the first major retrospective of Peter Kennard's 50-year career. Learn more about the motivations and methods behind his iconic artworks and how key images are reworked and reinterpreted to become representations of the protest movement. As well as seminal works such as his 'STOP' paintings and 1980s photomontages, a new installation will see Kennard making his own personal appraisal of his career.
