London Live is a series of outdoor screenings of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, in Hyde Park, Victoria Park and Trafalgar Square. In Hyde Park, large screens show live coverage of the Olympic Games; there are also concerts and other entertainment including have-a-go sports like badminton, netball and tennis. Between July 28 and August 11 screenings are free for anyone wishing to turn up on the day (subject to capacity), with guaranteed early entry tickets available in advance (up to four tickets per person; £3.50 per booking). The opening and closing ceremonies on July 27 and August 12, which feature special 'Celebration Concerts', are ticketed events. Performing at the opening 'Celebration Concert' are Duran Duran, Paolo Nutini, Stereophonics and Snow Patrol. The headline act for the closing 'Celebration Concert' in Hyde Park is Blur, with support from The Specials and New Order (£55 plus booking fee). On August 4 and 7 the site opens early as the women's and men's triathlon events are taking place in Hyde Park (guaranteed entry tickets are available online). Tom Jones performs on the main stage on July 28. 'Super Saturday' (Aug 4) features all the sporting action and medals ceremonies, along with a free performance by McFly. The latest performers to be added to the Hyde Park line-up are Rebecca Ferguson (Jul 31), Alexandra Burke (Aug 2), Amy Macdonald (Aug 3), Alyssa Reid (Aug 5). There's also Cadbury House, an interactive experience that takes visitors through choccy- and sport-related zones, with a chance to go head to head in a virtual race against Rebecca Adlington before receiving a chocolate medal.
