This Chinese New Year, Xin Cuisine is offering set menus themed around Blossoms of Prosperity. There are three menus available, featuring dishes like crispy roast duck, roast suckling pig, fresh water king prawns and more. For yee sang, options include fresh fruits, jellyfish and fresh salmon with snow pear. Meanwhile over at Melting Pot Café there are festive high tea and dinner buffets offering all manner of dishes like assam laksa and roast beef for high tea and oriental barbecue chicken and Peking duck for dinner.
