Blogger girl power is apparent at one of SS15's latest coffee hangouts, Project Space. Decked out in minimalist themes, there’s plenty of natural light, cement textures and college kids, but what’s limited is the menu, as well as the seats available. Stocking tarts from Ling’s Kitchen (passion fruit meringue, wild mushroom quiches), cakes from Hui Yi Cakes (red velvet, banana peanut butter, hazelnut nutella), and cold pressed juices from This Juice Co (chia-seed hydrator, cucumber aid, passion fruit), Daphne and Jane do seem to have a clear direction for the cafe. Using a special blend from Artisan Roast, Jane mans the Simonelli machine while Daphne deftly handles the service; once in a while, a blog reader comes up to them and requests a photo. Project Space is open until midnight so now you know where to go for late night lattes.
