By the same team behind Yeast, Fatto A Mano (‘made by hand’ in Italian) is a non-halal Italian establishment in the streets of Bangsar. Serving casual Italian fare the likes of traditional pastas, paninis, bruschettas, pizzettes (small thin crust pizzas) and desserts, head chef Frank Ruidavet brings his French and Italian heritage to the table with Fatto A Mano. Breads like focaccia, ciabatta and panettonne are baked from Yeast’s and Fatto A Mano’s shared atelier upstairs. The keyword here is casual, so guests are encouraged to order food to share, much like the Chinese-style of dining in a group, so to speak. Try the tiramisu with amaretto, served straight from a glass bowl.
