Evocative of the glamour of 1920s Shanghai, Chynna is classy but not overdone. Diners are greeted with a complimentary cup of welcome tea poured from a long-spouted pot and all its attendant theatrics. But the focus is unquestionably the food. The dim sum is excellent and Cantonese delicacies such as wok-fried black pepper beef tenderloin and butter prawns are highly recommended.
