Ponte City is a 54-storey residential block in Johannesburg, South Africa. Originally built as a cosmopolitan living space for white residents, the building fell into disrepair post-apartheid, and is now home to large numbers of immigrants from fellow African nations. Mikhael Subotzky and Patrick Waterhouse's exhibition documents both the building's story and the stories of its residents.
