Time Out says
A newly renovated villa from the late 1800s and an adjacent modern building, offer some of Opatija’s fanciest and certainly most expensive accommodation – though the Milenij can seem like it’s struggling to deserve its five-star status. The rooms are tastefully decorated and kept in impeccable shape, but they’re small. All are air-conditioned, with internet connections and fluffy bathrobes. Luxuries include a pool with a retractable glass roof, 24-hour room service and a spa centre. The hotel’s superb Sveti Jakov restaurant and old-school Café Wagner serves guests and non-guests alike, and there is a more contemporary café terrace overlooking the sea.
