More than 5,000 young adults are expected to flock to Teens in the Park Fest, a free festival at Northerly Island curated by Chicago's own Chance the Rapper. The inaugural T.I.P. Fest will feature live music, hands-on activities from the Art Institute and interactive tents, graffiti art, breakdancing, jewelry making, fashion design and digital media. Sound awesome? The good news is that adults are also welcome to attend.
