It looks as if someone took decorating tips from the Mad Hatter and color cues from a Life Savers roll in here. Somehow, the decor, along with equally wild takes on maki, works. In addition to eye-crossingly delicious nigiri, try the Ocean Drive, a refreshing roll of tuna, yellowtail, avocado, green peppers, spicy mayo and cilantro wrapped in cod sheet. Also excellent is the Dragon Festival, an amalgam of flavors and textures such as soft-shell crab, cucumber, avocado, eel and tobiko.
