Nabucco

The Lyric stages Italian composer Giuseppe Verdi's classic biblical opera, Nabucco, which dramatizes the eponymous king's exile of the Jews from Babylon. Filled with politics, religion, a love triangle and even a warrior princess, this production also features some stirring choral compositions, including the famous "Va, pensiero" chorus.
