Singer-songwriter Ingrid Michaelson has a cute, husky voice, which she applies to pretty, quirky songs. When discussing her latest disc, Lights Out, the New York native says she's gone from "the poppy ukulele girl to platforms-and-eye-makeup pop." Well, maybe it's Maybelline, but we get the feeling this talented songstress was born with it.
