Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, experimental rock band Algiers come armed with a robust variety of influences including gospel to post-punk and, interestingly, Southern Gothic literature. The group turns in soulful tunes from its debut self-titled debut at this Empty Bottle gig, with support from local art-punk outfit ONO.
