Today, North Coast Music Festival announced its lineup for 2015. Well, just about all of it. The top headliner remains "?!?!?", which is a TBA, not some !!! spin-off. But the Chemical Brothers and D'Angelo make for a damn impressive pair of certain headliners. Chromeo, the Roots, Porter Robinson, Portugal. The Man, Tycho, Wale, Steve Aoki and Knife Party flesh out the solid second tier. The whole thing goes down September 4–6 in Union Park. Three-day tickets are on sale now for $159.
